Terms of use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

By using AppIraqi (appiraqi.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The platform

AppIraqi is a directory of digital products made in Iraq and the people who build them. We show listings that builders submit after review, and let users vote, report and get in touch.

2. Accounts

  • Builders register with a registration code after the eligibility check.
  • You are responsible for accurate details and for keeping your password safe.
  • One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. What you submit

  • You keep ownership of your product and the content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to show it on the platform and in promoting it.
  • You confirm you have the right to publish it, and that the information and links are correct and safe.
  • Client projects are listed only with the client's permission.
  • Misleading, illegal, harmful or copied content is not allowed.

4. Review

We review every listing and every significant edit before publishing. We may ask for changes, reject or hide a listing, and we tell you why. You can switch off your official links yourself at any time.

5. Votes

One vote per account per product. Buying, trading or faking votes with several accounts is not allowed; we may remove suspicious votes.

6. Advertising

Any paid placement is labelled Sponsored and does not affect vote rankings or review.

7. Disclaimer

Listed products are owned and run by their builders. We do not guarantee that any product works or its quality; dealing with builders or installing their products is at your own risk. The platform is provided "as is".

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The new date will appear on this page.
